NOTES

1.  When leaving or entering the Territory of Timor-Leste, the Fuel, Biofuel and Lubricant must be inspected by the ANPM Inspector for the purpose of examining the quantity and the respective documents.

2. The ANPM Inspector may affix a seal, stamp, signature, or other written notation on the documentation presented, certifying that inspection has taken place.

3. If according to the documentation provided by the Importer, the Fuel, Biofuel and Lubricant entering the Territory of Timor-Leste complies and conforms with all applicable rules, regulations and specifications the ANPM Inspector shall issue a Declaration for Free Circulation, in the form attached hereto as Annex VI. Should it be determined at a later date that the Fuel, Biofuel and Lubricant does not comply with all applicable rules, regulations and specifications, the Importer shall be held liable for any administrative, criminal or other infractions resulting from providing false statements and importation in breach of applicable laws and regulations.
