Presentation of the preliminary report by Parrot Mali Consultant Engineering, Timor-Leste in JV with PT. Space Artem Consultants, for a new construction feasibility study for commercial activities in the area of related storage (Duty Free) in Batugade, Bobonaro, Timor-Leste in fiscal year 2024.
The presentation identified problems, potential and opportunities for the development of the free economy trade zone, in Batugade-Bobonaro and integrated with the various macro policies that have been in the national spatial plan as well as other policy products to serve as a conceptual basis for the development plan of the free market area.
Under the terms of reference, this preliminary report describes the background, objectives, objectives and uses, scope of work, and systematics how to write the preliminary report, for the initial description / introduction to the city of Dili, this description is about the new construction of the related storage area (Duty Free) as the purpose of the study and the work plan to complete the work of the feasibility study of the new construction of commercial activities related to the commercial area of Timor-Leste.
