the ASEAN Economics Level Meeting

The Vice Minister of Commerce and Industry, Augusto Júnior Trindade, participated in the ASEAN Economics High-level Meeting in Vientiane La'o PDR, Hotel La'o Plaza, Wednesday, 14 / 08.
The ASEAN High-level Meeting on Economics was led by the Vice Minister of Industry and Trade La'o PDR, Excellency Manothon Vong
The Vice Minister of Commerce and Industry, Augusto Júnior Trindade, thanked La'o PDR for his speech and thanked La'o PDR for the event and continued to consider Timor-Leste to invite the participation of the ASEAN High Level of Economics.
“Thank you to Excellency Manothon Vongay for the invitation to observe this is an important meeting, we appreciate the special organisation of the meeting and the delegation of the organisation. Timor-Leste has the privilege of observing the working force meeting at the beginning of this year and today's meeting we would like to congratulate the working force within the scope of the La'o PDR's Presidency for making a strategic plan for ASEAN. " Said VMCI.
Common Vision for 2045, aims to create Resilient, innovative, dynamic, and ASEAN People's Centre.
VMCI also congratulated La'o-PDR for the progress of the implementation of ASEAN's priorities for 2024 to 2025 on the economy of integration, digital economic transition, and collectiveness to strengthen ASEAN's economic resilience and ensure that the region remains competitive and inclusive.
The information obtained from this meeting will be valuable as continuing to align our national policy with the broader ASEAN integration initiatives.
Timor-Leste remains committed to ASEAN's efforts to increase collective and resilience.
It is believed that under ASEAN members will make a strong effort to advance ASEAN Economic Communication: Strategic Plan 2045.
Aligning its economy Timor-Leste has made significant progress in policy and regulatory framework, strengthening people and improving infrastructure to meet the requirements for street maps.
Timor-Leste continues to work with the ASEAN Secretariat and external partners for capacity building and technical assistance to programmes.
The VMCI also expressed its deep appreciation for the meeting, being able to meet with the wise person, and Timor-Leste is looking forward to further involvement and collaboration within this framework of a very good regional framework.
Meanwhile the delegation of Timor-Leste participated in the meeting, namely, VMCI, CEOM, EO ASEAN, and Advisor.
